HealthWay is a multichannel healthcare communication company based in Warsaw. Our mission is to help grow our clients’ products and business while maintaining the patients’ and healthcare professionals’ right to reliable information.
For the past 10 years, we have supported more than 200 brands from more than 50 pharmaceutical companies, representing almost all therapeutic areas. Our successful campaigns in Poland and the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region allowed our clients to engage patients and HCPs, create strong brands, and achieve their financial goals.
Since 2010, we have focused mainly on R&D activities, exploring scientific methods, evidence-based marketing, and building proprietary methodologies. Our interdisciplinary team has developed a range of innovative tools (eg, MnemoCopy, MnemoGraphics) and products (eg, p-Detailing, e-Compliance), which enhance message perception and recall.
Tamara did not plan a career in marketing. She graduated with a degree in oceanography and wanted to stay in science. She came into the pharmaceutical market by accident—and it became her true passion.
For more than 15 years, Tamara has worked with major pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott Laboratories, Bayer Schering, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Danone, GlaxoSmithKline, Janssen-Cilag, MSD, Novartis, Pfizer, Polpharma, Roche, Teva, and Wyeth, executing marketing campaigns and research and sales projects addressing doctors, pharmacists, and patients. She has been responsible for innovative CRM and CLM solutions and other e-Health communication channels.
Tamara started her marketing career at Dendrite and Cegedim, and later continued her career at HealthWay, focusing on business development. Since 2010, she has been a co-owner of HealthWay, co-creating its success on the Polish market.
Tamara considers herself a "combative pragmatist." She loves animals and good food. In her spare time, she likes to go fishing.
If I could change one thing: I would stop environmental degradation to preserve the Earth for future generations.
