This was also the philosophy he used when he started The BlocPartners Nordic with Therese Christiernin in 1999 after helping to build one of the most successful agencies in Sweden. Hans and Christiernin were so successful that they appeared naked on the front cover of the business edition of the third largest newspaper in the country. The "exposure" helped them grow the business at home while increasing the international profile of the pharmaceutical business in Sweden.
Hans loves standing in the trapeze when sailing a spinnaker (balloon sail) on his 5o5 (fast and fun sailing dinghy) when surfing over 20 knots in heavy wind and a roaring ocean.
One thing I’d change in the industry: To make the vision of patient centricity be pulled through organizations in a more realistic and meaningful way.
