Carlyle’s professional career has included global brand management with some of today’s leading pharmaceutical companies in addition to client-facing roles as commercial director within 2 global network healthcare communication agencies.

After an education in advertising and working as a consultant in numerous Swiss agencies, Markus founded X-Ray with his father and partner Christoph Göttel in the late 90s. With a focus on health and wellness, Markus follows his biggest passion of developing creative campaigns with out-of-the-box thinking. Together with Christoph they drive the creative direction of the agency. Markus is also responsible for business development and the strategic alignment of X-Ray and its growth strategy.
